I’m currently designing a blended learning course for adult learners in a corporate training setting, and I’m struggling to find the right balance between asynchronous and synchronous components.

I’d love to hear from others:

  • How much of your blended courses are typically asynchronous vs. synchronous?

  • What criteria do you use to decide which content belongs in each format?

  • Have you found specific tools or methods that help maintain learner engagement during asynchronous parts?
